Working theory might be the general aims of the organization — that tie into ideas we’ve discussed in the
course,
such as reducing strain (General strain theory), aiding re-integration, family support, employment
opportunities (relates well to life course theory and pathways research), life skills, improving self-regulation
and management of anger and conflict resolution (control theory).
