current issues. So the purpose of this assignment is for you to explain social science information from a
scholarly reading in an appealing way. In your script, identify the setting and who’s speaking. (For example,
might you like to interview the authors of these articles? Stakeholders belonging to groups discussed in the
articles? Where do you think your news segment should take place? A news station? A school? Another
location in the community? Why?)
