Environmental Forces

Please select one global company in the U.S. and develop a 5-page essay discussing how it should incorporate;
(1) cultural force
(2) political force
(3) economic force into the development of effective global management strategy when operating their foreign subsidiaries globally.
The structure is as follows:

1. Introduction
   This section briefly introduces one particular U.S. company that is engaging in global business currently, and how it is incorporating cultural, political and economic forces into its decision making.
2. Literature Review & Major Contribution
   This section provides a brief summary of existing literature (at least 3) that deals with this topic. Compare and contrast perspectives and views presented by each article. Identify any topic(s) you believe to be important that may not have been discussed in the selected literature, using your own analysis.
