Metabolism, the sum of chemical reactions that breaks down the macromolecules into useable energy, is often misunderstood. Discuss a common misconception about metabolism (such as speeding up/slowing down, etc) .
So I find misunderstood point that “the higher one’s metabolism is, the skinner they are” but I could not find any article talks about that.
so what do you think of my point , It is truth or not?
