Managers of a multinational company

We have taken over as managers of a multinational company (A2milk) and will be reporting on current status of their firm’s “multinational operations” to weigh on other manners in which operations can be configured. The following is the structure of our project。Please note that my part is Research&Development/Knowledge recourse globally and Retail/Sales So you only need to complete these two parts.
