Ethics and Decision Making

Identify a decision (different from your prior submissions) you have been confronted with either at work or in
your personal life that challenged your morals or ethics. Reflect on the process you used to make this difficult
decision.
Review the decision-making strategies found on pages 5-16 in the Decision Making and Problem Solving
Workbook (Attached)
Select a strategy that you could have applied to help you through the decision that challenged your ethics
and/or morals.
Use your selected strategy to work through your decision. Utilize the sample formats that are provided in the
workbook on pages 7-16. Using the selected model illustrate your decision using the appropriate format.
Write a brief summary (one or two paragraphs) recapping how your decision may have turned out differently
had you applied the selected decision-making strategy.
