Chief Executive Officer

  1. Hospital CEO
    Oversees the daily operations that occur within a hospital. They also serve as moral leaders by ensuring the hospital’s vision and mission to the community are maintained. Thus, it is their sole duty to monitor the workflow while ensuring subordinate staff is working effectively.

    A hospital CEO works alongside a team of department heads, which consists of CMO (Chief Medical Officer), COO (Chief Operating Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), and CNO (Chief Nursing Officer). They work alongside a hospital’s management team while ensuring patients are treated accordingly.
