How different newspapers report on the issue

Using the newspaper articles on the General Strike 1926- write a five to six page essay in which you make an argument about the larger significance of the issue being reported and the way that it was framed by the newspaper. Your essay should not simply be a summary of the the general strike as it was reported in the newspaper, rather, it should be a critical analysis in which you create an argument that connects the topic – and the way(s) newspapers reported it – to larger social, political, economic, or cultural concerns in Britain.
