PART TWO (5.2) : In a perfect world, you would have enough resources to conduct every community assessment exactly how you want to conduct it. Time and money would be no object, and you could conduct all the focus groups, interviews, and surveys you’d want.

In reality, however, you will often have to do what you can with what you have. Sometimes you have to make hard decisions about what strategies to prioritize, and you have to be able to make a strong case and defend what wins the data collection battle.
