Your team is to create a new business in an off-shore country from a successful company that is currently in
operation in a different country. Current operations can be based in the USA or in any country of your
choosing. Your company can manufacture a product or create and produce a service. If it is based in the USA,
you are to introduce (enter) into any country you wish. If based in another country, you are to enter into the
USA market. In other words, you have a successful company and you want to enter an off-shore market.

Describe our competition in both markets. What are their strengths and why are they vulnerable in each? How
long will it take to be profitable in your new market…time required to build sales that are greater than total

major account break-throughs that will significantly raise your volumes. What will be the start-up costs and
