Discrimination as minority

When we think about discrimination we are used to see it being done to a minority group. YEt for some reason there is this idea that the majority can not be discriminated against. So the question I have for you is this: 1. why do you think that people act and behave in a manner that the majority can’t be discriminated against? 2. Why do you think that Christianity can be jeered without repercussions in our society? 3. Do you think that teasing, lambasting, or jeering a majority in this country is acceptable because that it is seen as a way of undermining the power or authority of the majority? 4. Why is it a bad idea for the majority to be traded disrespectfully and what negative consequences can come from it? 5. how have you see examples of this issue within the news or the media?
