Addressing Racial Disparity in Officer Involved Shootings (OIS)

I want you to explore and report some basic facts related to who is killed by the police. This should include attention to the total number of those killed, racial and other demographic breakdowns of the deceased, and other contextual factors (e.g. armed vs. unarmed). These should primarily be reported in the introduction of the paper to help frame the overall issue, and they may also be presented in the Infographic.
