Read Kate Chopin’s “The Story of an Hour” and answer questions 1-10 on page 201 of the textbook. Please make sure to write each answer in detail because my professor is a very harsh grader!
Important guidelines:
When you first mention a source, you need to clearly name the source by full title and full name of the author and write a topic sentence that organizes your paragraph. Example: In her short story, “The Story of an Hour,” Kate Chopin dramatizes the last hour in the life of a married woman in late nineteenth-century America. (Do not just copy or plagiarize my example. Use it as a guide to help you to write your own topic sentence. Note: short story titles are put in quotation marks.)
Remember to properly reference to the author by full name or last name when referencing the source. When first mentioned, write the full name of an author; thereafter, write the last name. Use phrases like, “Chopin writes” and “Chopin shows.” See: https://tinyurl.com/y69ps8tr
