Within the general umbrella of educational psychology, reflect upon the topics from Weeks 1-8, and select one of the topics covered that you took a deep interest in. Write about how that issue impacts the interactions that students have with each other and with their teachers by investigating what the research says. You will need 4 sources.
In the next part of your paper, you will formulate an action plan for an ideal school. This action plan should address the issue you researched and prescribe a plan for addressing them in your ideal school setting. You will need to provide a rationale for the issue, as well as the procedures you have devised for dealing with it. In your action plan, you may want to make artifacts such as contracts between student and teacher, students and school, and/or parents and school, brochures explaining the plan to parents, posters that will be posted in the school and/or classrooms. The options are many and you have flexibility as to determine the direction you want to take.
