the CIO is not happy with the organization or probably going through some personal issues and the organization is worried he might leave.

in 3-4 pages, design 3 effective succession plans in case he:

1) Suddenly leaves the organization .

2) anticipates or makes the company aware that he is leaving.

3) He stays and needs your help as a consultant to help him improve.

 

include diagrams if necessary and provide references and citations.
