Choose one academic journal and one newspaper or magazine article on the same social problem. The topic should be different than your group presentation of your research paper topic. Write a one-page summary of each followed by a critique of the evidence. The critique should include how well were the articles cited researched; what your think the author(s) bias was; and for what reasons might you believe the inforation in the article was true.
Explain the possible differences in credibility between the two articles. State why you believe that applying critical thinking skills to the interpretation of published article is important.
