“Rehabilitation, Treatment, and Job Training,” contains discussion of the treatment of drug abuse and dependence, inclusive of
treatment programs inside of prisons and treatment programs outside of prisons (see section titled “Treatment”). The federal report Drug Use, Dependence,
and Abuse Among State Prisoners and Jail Inmates, 2007-2009 focuses on drug abuse and dependence among incarcerated criminals.
