The course covered the following learning outcomes: LO1 Understand the evolving trends in the business environment globally and analyse how they pose challenges to marketing management functions in organizations. LO2 Assess the marketing mix of organizations and evaluates how they offer a sustainable competitive advantage to organizations. LO3 Analyse the impact of consumer behaviour, integrated marketing communications, and social media marketing and how they are driven by digital marketing strategies in organizations. LO4 Assess the use of digital marketing tools by applying relevant marketing theories and frameworks in the context of emerging trends in digital marketing. Make a PowerPoint presentation on the digital marketing mix of the chosen company showcasing how it brings a competitive advantage to the company. Make sure to link the 7Ps of digital marketing which are: Price: This factor decides the pricing strategy for each product. Placement: What is the placement strategy to reach customers? What are the distribution options? Product: Rather than selecting the right customer for your product, focus on selecting the right product for your customer. Promotion: How will you use various mediums and online media for the promotion of your product efficiently and effectively? People: Understanding customers as well as potential customers is crucial through market research. Process: What process will you follow to ensure a flawless service delivery, measuring the augmented services and watching the response time? Physical Evidence: How will you maximize the customer experience using impressive architecture, well-trained staff and obviously a great online experience? GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. The assignment should not contain any contents including references cited from websites like www.ukessays.com, www.studymode.com, www.slideshare.net , www.scribd.com. 2. Students can refer Wikipedia as a source of information, but the references cited in Wikipedia has to be mentioned. 3. References and writing style: You must strictly adhere to the Harvard Referencing System Format and present the report in an essay type format where applicable. 4. The report shall not exceed 6000 words. Each section may be limited to approximately 1500 words. 5. The font to be used for the report is 12 Times New Roman script. 6. Each question may be answered with appropriate headings and subheadings. 7. At least 10-12 references are required to be there. 8. I will generate a Turnitin report myself and the maximum permissible similarity index is 40%. However, the maximum permissible similarity percentage per source should only be 3% and below and anything above will be rejected
