Your “new mother” needs some help in finding answers to the many questions she has about postnatal nutrition, breastfeeding, and nutrition for her soon-to-be delivered baby. Since this is her first baby, and she doesn’t know what to expect, she has had some pretty misguided advice from family and friends.
