Then address the following:
1) Watch the video and summarize the facts of the case, adjudication process, etc.
2) Discuss some of the different ideas and theories offered to explain the criminal behavior.
3) Discuss the defense that Clarence Darrow offers and then offer an alternative. That is, if YOU had to defend them, is there an alternative defense you might
use? Note, your defense should also explain their behavior. (You may incorporate more modern theories, technologies, etc, if you wish).
4) What was the ultimate sentence? If you were the judge, what would have been your sentence? Why?
