A MOOC Platform Tool (AlmaMate)

  AlmaMate Info Tech helps working professionals as well as fresh engineering graduates upskill with future technologies. It plans to create a Digital Learning Platform. It should be a scalable architecture and should provide anytime anywhere access to the learners. Problem: AlmaMate currently provides instructor led classroom trainings. It is unable to scale its operations with the current model. It needs to move to online training and be able to access global market. It is anticipated a form of MOOC platform (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massive_open_online_course ) will be adopted. AlmaMate has evaluated various MOOC platforms and has decided to go with Open edX platform from MIT. (www.openedx.org). This is open source software. In this project, we would like to install and configure the basic software. Please refer to the installation options.
