The ORGL seminars and capstone are designed to aid you in achieving proficiency toward the Learning Outcomes for the ORGL degree:

Students will demonstrate through the discussion of key concepts and ideas the ability to express themselves effectively on topics and issues related to the field of organizational leadership.
Students will demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities regarding issues related to key challenges that organizations face when interacting with their environments.
Students will demonstrate an understanding of the ethical principles underlying both research and practice in organizational leadership.
Capstone Review – Presentation and Discussion: The Capstone Review is a compilation of documents or artifacts which affirm your progress toward achieving the learning outcomes for the Organizational Leadership degree.
Comprehensive understanding of degree outcomes.
Insightfully relates artifacts to each objective. Clearly explains the connection.Considerable original thinking.
High quality, varied artifacts; well-supported. At least two artifacts per objective. Direct quotes and/or meaningful synopsis of the artifact for each objective.
The presentation is well-organized, unified; grammatically correct and free of spelling errors.
Title slide w/information. Conclusion page thoughtfully synthesizes progress toward outcomes.
Vividly clear references to relevant sources either in slide or with reference or works cited page. Proper citation format.
Timely, relevant initial post; substantive responses.
