Aging

Walk (no running) a 1/4 mile for a time at a local track (indoor or outdoor). Record your time. Next in order to simulate the same activity during advanced age, wrap some towels around your shoes (or carpet foam) and put on dark sunglasses. (Yes this will look silly, but you only have to do it once). Walk the same 1/4 mile under these conditions and record your time. Write a 2-page essay comparing and contrasting the two experiences and your physical capacity in both.
