  1. Using excel, create a tab named “management.” List all the executives and their bios. Discuss about their qualifications (Don’t need to put the same CEO every year. No Duplicates). See how their bio changes over time. Anything interesting?
  2. Examine management’s tenure and turnover (why did the former CEO leave)? You can find information about hiring/ departure in proxies and 8-Ks. Why did the executive turnover occur?
