An analysis of the Enron Scandal

      Introduction In the early 2000s, the Enron Scandal revealed corporate corruption and fraud. The goal of this project is to conduct research to learn about this scandal, the role auditing played in the scandal, and changes in auditing law that came about after the scandal. Description of Enron Discuss auditing issues highlighted during the scandal Describe the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act. Highlight which provisions of SOX address auditing issues found during the scandal.
