An ethical stance

Respond to the following question with (at least) two fully developed paragraphs:

1) Take an ethical stance on the case of Baby M. What is the just outcome
here? Remember, what is legal/illegal is not the same as what is
just/unjust, as we saw last week. Explain your reasoning. The law may be
just in this case, but pointing to the law per se as evidence is not a
sufficient argument on its own.
