Context also changes, so it needs to always be considered and evaluated. But at the same time there is a balance between simplicity of solution and pure correctness. Thinking of every small detail can obscure possible solutions. The balance of these is the art of the technology. In addition, the tools being used to solve problems are also evolving. Historically these changes are now happening faster.
