choose an organization that you have not studied before in class and
prepare a written report that includes the following information:

1. Perform a PEST analysis for the organization.
2. Perform a Porters 5 Forces analysis for the organization.
3. Perform a SWOT analysis for the organization.
4. Based on the results of your analyses, make recommendations for how the company could be led in a
   new direction. Justify your recommendations with reference to your analyses.
