You are a group of strategists who are working for a consultancy firm, based in the City of London, and you are asked to apply various theoretical aspects of Luxury management on PRADA. You need to produce a report, by conducting a strategic audit about the brand, reviewing its business performance and its strategies to identify any weaknesses and propose alternative strategies to develop the brand. The strategic Audit relates to 4 main aspects: 1- Provide an Analysis of the external and Internal environment 2- Identify the main issues facing the business 3- Identify and Evaluate the Strategic Options 4- Recommend Strategies to improve, identify any potential risks, and suggest possible ways of avoiding or reducing their effects.
