On rare occasions, patients suffering from bleeding disorders such as Hemophilia or von Willebrand Disease (vWD) have suffered from hypercoagulable episodes such as pulmonary emboli or deep vein thromboses. Using your knowledge of coagulation physiology, explain what influences this occurrence.
