Budget Proposal

Develop a budget proposal for a specific new program/service/activity and or staff position. The proposal should include a written rationale for the request being made and a detailed budget, including a recommendation on source (s) of funding. The written rationale must justify the expenditure on the basis of its relationship to the institutional mission, strategic plan, and or student learning outcomes. Must include potential sources of revenue (fees, grants, etc.) with a detailed budget. Each line item must be justified. I have to convince the budget committee to fund the new proposal.
