1) Final Project
Last week you participated in a group discussion about the root cause of the Fast Food CSR Initiative case study. This week you will continue to work on the scenario by responding to the rhetorical situation: The initiative is creating a negative image of the organization that must be addressed. Your task is to respond to upper management with an analysis of the CSR initiative and your recommendation for changing, revising it, or keeping it as is. Include in your analysis a discussion of ethics, in terms of both organizational ethics and how the organization communicates to consumers.

a) Communication Strategy Plan
Develop the Plan part of your communication strategy (PPR) for a written report. Submit a PPR to the Assignment Dropbox by Thursday of this week.

b) Report
Based on your plan, create a 3-4 page written report that addresses your interpretation of the problem (the reasons why the problem exists), and what you think the organization should do in response. Should the organization keep the current CSR initiative as is? Should the organization keep the current initiative as is with modifications? Should the organization do away with the CSR initiative? Your recommendations must be supported by analysis, your findings from the root cause discussion, evidence and findings from the literature about fast food and its impacts on consumers. Be sure to address ethics! Submit your report to the Assignment Dropbox by Sunday midnight.
