Part A (I will do!)- Submit an attachment of your Balance Scorecard as a separate document.
Part B, C, and D- is a written report. See template below the instructions/rubric. You will use quarters four, five, and six when analyzing performance.
There is no specific length required, but you will be close to 15 pages for the report.
Valuation section of the paper: Although several valuation methods are available, and you should understand them for real world application, for the purpose of the simulation task you will use a simplified method based on the information available in the business simulation. Watch the Simplified Valuation video to learn how to create a valuation for your company.
The formula for the Simplified Valuation Method is as follows:
Projected Stock Price = EPS X Multiplier (you select the Multiplier)
Increase in value = Projected Stock Price/Initial Stock Price X 100 = % increase
Return on Initial Investment = Projected Stock Price – Initial Price/Initial Stock Price X 100 = % return (whether positive or negative) Once you have calculated the Return on Initial Investment; provide a table which shows the valuation based on the projected stock price.
