For example, many researchers contend that U.S. workers would like to reduce their work hours even if it meant a decrease in pay. In this way, work might become more evenly distributed throughout society, decreasing unemployment. Or you could start with your own or a family member’s workplace and discuss two changes you would like to see happen to improve the workplace.
