Assume that the author(s) are your colleagues/fellow students, and that they have asked to meet you either via email or in person (for coffee or a beer) so that you can provide feedback on the articles, book, chapters, etc. Write a (mock) email to the author or the group of authors in which you address some of the following: What do you think they were trying to do/show/explain in their work, and how well did they do? What are the strengths? What is most persuasive or striking or interesting, and why? Are any conclusions/tindings/chapters less persuasive? Why?
