  After reading the excerpts of Beowulf and Grendel in this unit AND reviewing your Writing a Character Analysis lesson, please CHOOSE ONE of the options below: 1) Write a 1-2 page character analysis essay on either Beowulf or Grendel. Please use the PIE structure that you learned about in the Writing a Character Analysis lesson to format your essay. Be sure to you specific quotes and examples from the story for support. OR 2) Create a PowerPoint presentation that analyzes and presents either character of your choice, Beowulf or Grendel. Use what you learned in your lesson on Writing a Character Analysis to help you. Your presentation should be a minimum of 10 slides and include pictures and quotes/examples from the story for support.
