Go online and find a Cold Case Unit’s website. Any site that contains a list and a brief description of some of the cold cases they have on file are fine for this exercise. Review at least 4 to 5 individual cases and identify similarities among them. Discuss these similarities and if these similarities are the reasons why these crimes have yet to be solved. Similarities may include the year the crime occurred, the cause of death, the victimology, if there are any leads in the case, the location of the body, or the types and amount of evidence present for the case. Discuss as a class what makes a cold case more likely to be solved after looking at this list.
Step Two:
Prepare a paper which discusses the following:
