Community concerns

          The goal is to discuss appropriate issues surrounding that which respond to community concerns, build on community strengths and allow a community to manage the risks to which it may be exposed. What are the Risks of Recidivism Offenders? Discuss in 2-4 pages. Remember to follow examples and guidelines provided in class.
