Comparative & International People Management

Choose a specific arena (i.e. aspect) of human resource management (HRM) practice covered in the module (i.e. pay/rewards, flexible work, skills, or work organisation) and three countries. In 2,000 words, address the following question : What is the relative role of institutions and culture in explaining the similarities and differences observed among these three countries in practices in this arena of HRM? Although during the period of the module sessions we very much encourage students to discuss the module material with other students on the module, the coursework assignment itself is individual.
