Comparing Gospels

Do EITHER ONE of these two comparisons: 1) compare one, two, or three related episodes in Mark and Matthew, and explain how and why they differ. 2) Compare any account of a miracle and/or associated “sermon” of Jesus in John’s Gospel to relevant passages in Mark or Matthew. Explain how and why they differ. In either case, you should relate your discussion of these differences to the overall issue of how these Gospels present the mission and message of Jesus in different ways to audiences with different concerns.
