Comprehensive Assessment

Scenario: Tisha, 10 years old shows up for counseling with her mother. Tisha has a large bruise to the side of her face. Her mother said she fell and shrugged it off further questions. The bruise does not seem consistent with a fall. What is your course of action as a counselor?
