Confusing portions of U.S. law

  One of the more confusing portions of U.S. law is the difference between civil and criminal law. After reading about both types of law in Media Law and Ethics, Chapter 1, write a journal assignment describing in your own words both civil and criminal law and the differences between the two. Make sure to use examples of each. Stay within the area of communication as you think about your examples.
