Contextualization

For this paper, you will expand upon those skills of contextualization by choosing a particular literary theory or approach through which to analyze Macbeth Then, you are to find 3 to 5 works (articles or books peer reviewed) other than the play to support your thesis. Through your analysis and research, persuade your audience that the approach or criticism reflects or reveals the universal themes, ideas and human condition in the play. The focus should always be on your analysis- avoid spending too much space summarizing others’ views. Your goal is to use analysis and research to explore and persuade how this play reveals what it is like to be human and what we all share as human beings.
