Correctional Psychology

Your task is to design a correctional psychology research study that you would do if you had the resources and
time to do so.
5 parts:

1. Identify 3 challenges for conducting research in correctional settings (cite where you found them)
2. Identify the research question you would like to answer.
3. Design a study to answer that research question. What is the outcome of interest? What method will you
   use? What variables do you need to measure to answer your research question?
4. Address how you would deal with the 3 challenges you identified in your study design.
5. Explain how this is a “correctional psychological” study – tie your explanation to the definition we covered in
   module 1.
