  Nursing work flow. Examine the area in which you work. There are countless processes that occur simultaneously each day. Some processes are like a well oiled machine and work perfectly. Others need polished. Pick a workflow process that could use some polishing and create a workflow chart. Attach the workflow chart for your peers to view on the discussion board. As a group member, respond to each of your peers and evaluate where you feel the bottleneck or problem area is occurring. How would you suggest fixing this bottleneck?
