        Covid has created a huge backlog of demand for health and wellbeing services. You have been retained as an Innovation Management consultant by a local GP with the support of the local health board. Your brief is to develop an innovation to help reduce their waiting list, allowing them to prioritise the most urgent cases. Unfortunately, due to financial pressures, they are not in a position to provide additional resource.
