- PROJECT APPROACH & ORG CHARTS Submit your project approach and included: both organization charts along with your list and description of key obstacles and challenges (Items 5-8).
- EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Using the template provided on BlackBoard, prepare and submit your project executive summary for the project progress up to this point. Your summary should reflect where you are in the schedule, the tasks completed thus far, work remaining, a reasonable time frame to completion and should be consistent with the other deliverables submitted for Phase I.
