I would like to write an article to the newspaper, no more than 1000 words. The topic is about creative financing in national budget context. In my country (Indonesia), we have a very limited fiscal space yet limited state revenues (tax, etc). To build much more infrastructure then we are using PPP (Public Private Partnership), SUKUK as well as loan. In my opinion, we have to be more creative in financing, since the existing one seems expensive in ways of its preparation/pre-project. The objective of this creative financing is creating value for money, so we can still build more with a limited money.
