  You are part of the human resources department in the head office of an international firm. The company is expanding and successfully attracting international talent, but is noting an increasing amount of cultural clash at work. They would like to hold a series of workshops for new hires to help prevent some of these issues. Design an exercise for one such workshop. What issue are you targeting, and how does your exercise help to address it? Do you think your exercise can be repeated for other workshops or other groups? If so, what adjustments would you make?
