Order Description
Bill and Ted are having an argument. Bill claims that the rapid changes in technology are providing people around the world with more opportunities than ever before. He claims that cyber-technology is, and will continue to, make the world a more equal place and is providing people with chances they have never had before. Ted disagrees. Ted believes that as cyber-technology has developed, its intrinsic limitations and requirements are only increasing the gap between the haves and have-nots. He believes that cyber-technology has made, and will continue to make, the economic divides already present in the world even larger. In essence, they are arguing about the nature and effects of the digital divide. Who is right and why are they right?
